CUSTOMISATION OUR PROCESS
FIRST CONTACT
This is the first step in the kit production process, where we gather all the essential information needed to deliver a result tailored to each client’s requirements. At this stage, we define every fundamental aspect that will bring the kit to life, including the model, the fabric type, the colours to be used and the custom details. We also review the available budget and advise on the best solutions to guarantee maximum quality and performance. This is the moment when the client’s vision starts to become reality.
DESIGN AND PRODUCTION
After reviewing every detail gathered from the client, we develop two design proposals for approval. Each proposal is built from scratch, delivering a complete response to the client’s requirements and resulting in a fully exclusive kit.
Once every detail has been fine-tuned and the mock-ups approved, we move to the sublimation stage. At this point, the finished design is put through a colour test to ensure every shade matches exactly what was planned. Once the colours are validated, the design is transferred onto the fabric using the sublimation technique, guaranteeing vibrant, long-lasting and flawless colours and detail. This process enables high-quality customisation in which the design is integrated directly into the fabric, ensuring the final product not only looks impeccable but also offers outstanding durability and comfort for the wearer.
MANUFACTURING
During the garment manufacturing stage, the entire process is carried out in-house, allowing us to closely supervise every detail of production. We work with a range of premium fabrics, selecting the most suitable option for each type of kit and ensuring every piece is manufactured to the highest quality. Our team oversees every stage — from cutting through to final finishing — so that each kit meets the required standards of comfort, durability and performance. With production kept entirely in-house, we can fine-tune and customise every piece to the specific needs of each client, guaranteeing a flawless, fully bespoke final product.
SHIPPING
Once production and finishing are complete, we move to the shipping stage. We ensure every order is carefully packed and checked before dispatch, so that it arrives in perfect condition. We work with trusted logistics partners and deliver worldwide, guaranteeing that our products reach their destination on time and safely. Our commitment to quality and detail stays with us until the very last moment, providing a complete and satisfying experience for the client — from the initial order right through to receiving the finished kit.
